Thank you for shopping with Amorrre! We want your return process to be as smooth and easy as possible. Please review the details below before getting started:

Submit Your Request Within 7 Days
To begin a return, please submit your request through our Return Portal within 7 days of receiving your order. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions along with a prepaid shipping label.

Ship Within 72 Hours
After your return is authorized, your item(s) must be shipped within 72 hours. Please ensure the items are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
Please note: If the return is not shipped or dropped off with the carrier within 72 hours of authorization, any refund will be issued as store credit.

Item Condition
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging attached. We are unable to accept returns that don’t meet these requirements.

Return Shipping & Fees
We provide the return shipping label for all approved returns.
– If you request a refund to your original payment method, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. This fee is calculated at the time of submitting your return and is based on the lowest available carrier rate.
– If you choose a store credit or exchange, your return label is free — no fee will be deducted.

Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 14 business days for your refund, exchange, or store credit to be processed. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Important Notes:
– Returns are not accepted for swimwear, intimate apparel, or personalized items.
Sale and discounted items may be returned for store credit or exchange only, not a refund.
– If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
– Items purchased with a discount of 30% or more are FINAL SALE.
